Joan Conway is the Artistic Director of the
Free @ 3 Concert Series. Conway is founder of the Herrick Library Series, and was, for 10 years, artistic director of the Chamber Music Festival of Saugatuck. She was professor of music at Hope College where she taught piano and coordinated and performed on the Faculty Recital Series. Before coming to Hope, she spent 13 years in New York City, earning a master’s degree in piano performance from the Manhattan School of Music, performing and teaching. A chamber musician, soloist and collaborative pianist, she has appeared with area artists, and is known as a two-piano and piano four-hands performer. |
